Pacific Elementary students recently showcased their creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills at this year’s California Invention Convention (CAIC) SoCal competition, where more than 650 young inventors from across Southern California came together to present their ideas and inventions.
We are excited to celebrate fifth grade students Brody Morgan and Sebastian Kim, whose invention, Outdream, earned recognition with a Top Pitch Award — an impressive accomplishment in a highly competitive field.
The California Invention Convention encourages students to identify real-world challenges and develop creative solutions through research, design, and presentation. Throughout the process, students strengthen critical thinking, communication, and entrepreneurial skills while bringing their ideas to life.
Congratulations to Brody and Sebastian on this exciting achievement and for representing Pacific with creativity, curiosity, and innovation. We also extend our appreciation to the teachers and science specialists who helped guide students through this meaningful experience. Opportunities like these are made possible through the continued support of MBEF and our dedicated school community.
